<p>Evaluation of an evaluated person by an evaluator is fed back to the evaluated person together with self evaluation by the evaluated person to give an opportunity for consideration on the evaluation. An evaluation feedback system is characterized by that the evaluator and the evaluated person make evaluations according to a main evaluation document in which evaluated items (questions) regarding an attitude and behavior of the evaluated person are classified into categories and main evaluation results are fed back to the evaluated person (360fb comprehension of actual state). Then, based on the fed back main evaluation results, one of evaluation items is selected for a plurality of categories, a sub evaluation document is prepared, and evaluation is made by the sub evaluation document (360fb intermediate measurement). Finally, evaluation by the main evaluation document is made (360fb measurement of result).</p> |
