摘要 PURPOSE: A system and a method for imaging an inner part of an underground water well and for measuring an automatic flow control pumping test are provided to improve efficiency by using an automatic event detecting system and a solution for managing continuous management. CONSTITUTION: A remote control unit confirms cloudiness inside an underground water well through monitoring, and controls a part of a system. A pumping test part(110) is connected to the remote control unit, and performs a test. An imaging part(120) is connected to the remote control unit, and performs photography inside the well. A control part(130) is connected to the remote control unit, and performs a managing function. A managing computer, a memory, and a key pad are connected each other. A water pump and a level sensor are connected each other. A flow rate control valve and a flow meter are connected between the remote control unit and the water pump.
