<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for confirming describers of respective parts of document information (document file) created by a plurality persons in cooperation and for verifying authenticities of contents of the respective parts. <P>SOLUTION: Once a document processing apparatus 1 receives an instruction to edit a document file from a user by a document input/creation unit 11, it edits the document file by a document editing unit 11 according to the instruction to edit, detects differences (editing contents) between the document files before and after editing by a difference detection unit 13 to generate difference data including information of the editing contents, generates an electronic signature of a user for the difference data by an electronic signature imparting unit 14, and additionally stores the difference data and electronic signature in the document file to be edited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
