<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the measuring precision in a blood pressure measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: A hemodynamometer is constituted so that the peripheral length of a measuring region is acquired (S101) to determine the gap of a valve for discharging a fluid from a fluid bag (the drive voltage for opening the valve in the gap) on the basis of the data of the peripheral length (S109). Then, the gap is made constant to control pressure so as to reduce it in a pressure reducing process after pressurization (S111). Thereby, the discharge flow rate of the fluid per a unit time from the fluid bag and the pressure reducing speed of the fluid bag become proportional relation and the detected amplitude value of a pressure pulse wave can be allowed to approximate a constant value even if the internal pressure of the fluid bag is changed (reduced). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
