<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate correlation between production instruction parameters and production results, and to generate a new production instruction parameter based on the production results. <P>SOLUTION: The production instruction evaluation support system 100 includes: a data reading means 110 reading a production instruction parameter group and production results data corresponding thereto; a parameter selection means 111 performing risk rate calculation in each production instruction parameter constituting the production instruction parameter group and calculation of an average value of the risk rates between the production instruction parameters, and specifying the production instruction parameters each having a risk rate of the average value or below as selection candidates; a parameter specification means 112 performing calculation of an explanatory variable selection reference value by a multiple regression analysis program about the production instruction parameter group and the production instruction parameters of the selection candidates, and specifying the production instruction parameter having a large explanatory variable selection reference value of the production instruction parameter group and the production instruction parameters of the selection candidates as an optimum parameter; and a regression expression calculation means 113 calculating a regression expression when adopting the optimum parameter by the multiple regression analysis program, and displaying it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
