<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating apparatus which controls a light color of a light source to support a user's exercise. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 11 controls a light color of a light source in accordance with a time elapsed from the start of a user's exercise. For example, the control unit 11 adjusts the light color to a light color that does not cause an increase in a heat rate (daylight color) during a time requiring warm-up from an exercise start time (warm-up time), to a light color that increases the heart rate to improve an exercise effect (e.g., light bulb color) during a major exercise time after an elapse of the warm-up time, and again to a light color that decrease the heart rate (e.g., daylight color) during a cooling down time after an elapse of the major exercise time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
