<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a hematocrit value and glucose concentration in a whole blood state by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This matrix concentration measuring instrument includes: a hematocrit (Ht) measuring part 311 wherein the time t is detected between a time point when a maximum value is obtained of acceleration of outputs of a Ref electrode and a Sig electrode of oxygen electrodes or a maximum value is obtained of acceleration of either thereof, and when values become equal of acceleration of the outputs of the two electrodes, and a hematocrit value is obtained based on the detected time t; a hematocrit (Ht)-containing glucose concentration measuring part 312 wherein output values of the oxygen electrodes are detected when they become steady, and glucose concentration is calculated based on differences in the detected outputs; and a glucose concentration calculating part 313 wherein the glucose concentration and the hematocrit value obtained by the measuring part 311 are input thereinto, and glucose concentration in a whole blood state is calculated based on a relation between a hematocrit value in whole blood and glucose concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
