<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component packaging device that carries out an image recognition of both a board mark and nozzle mark without using a camera with an expensive focusing mechanism and previously prevents an erroneous attachment of a nozzle by discriminating the nozzle individually, and to provide an image recognizing method for the component packaging device. <P>SOLUTION: A board mark M of a board B positioned at a work position is located inside a depth of field (region I) of a board camera 16 moving together with a mounting head 8 moving in a horizontal direction, and a nozzle mark 12 of a nozzle 11 held by a nozzle holding stand 20 is located outside the depth of field of the board camera 16 and inside a region (region II) that obtains a capturing image of the nozzle mark in which an image recognizing part 15a can carry out the image recognition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
