PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance information security by strictly performing authentication when using a communication terminal outside a prescribed management place. SOLUTION: This communication terminal device bringing-out management system has: a server 1 having a key information storage part 12 holding a combination of key information making a pair; a plurality of communication terminals 2; and a plurality of physical devices 3. The server 1 and the communication terminals 2 are connected by a network 4. The physical device 3 stores one piece of the key information of the combination of the key information held by the server 1. The communication terminal 2 has: an authentication information storage part 22 holding the other piece of the key information of the combination of the key information held by the server 1; and a connection part 23 with the physical devices 3. The communication terminal 2 has an authentication management part 21 deciding possibility/impossibility of use based on information of the authentication information storage part 22 and the key information acquired from the server 1 or the physical devices 3.
