PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently inspect a program while minimizing a reduction in processing efficiency due to access contention. SOLUTION: A program inspection system has a storage means for storing a program, a program execution means for executing the program and an inspection means for inspecting the program in the storage means, and inspects the program in parallel with executing the program by means of a multi-core system. The program execution means has an interrupt sending means for sending an interrupt to the inspection means when the storage means is accessed. The inspection means inspects the program in a plurality of subregions, and when receiving the interrupt from the interrupt sending means, aborts the inspection and resumes inspecting uninspected subregions.
