<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat efficiency by efficiently transferring heat of a combustion gas to hot water in a hot water storage chamber. <P>SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 14 covering the hot water storage chamber 3 in a noncontact state and provided with an exhausting section at its upper end, is disposed around the hot water storage chamber 3 to form a closed space 17 except for the flue 9 and the exhausting section 16, and a partitioning cylinder 18 composed of an upper cover section 19 covering an upper end opening of the flue 9 in a noncontact state, and a hanging section 21 covering the circumference of the hot water storage chamber 3 in a noncontact state is disposed in the space 17, to partition the inside of the space 17 into a descending pathway 24 for allowing the combustion gas discharged from an upper end opening of the flue 9 to descend between the hot water storage chamber 3 and the partitioning cylinder 18, and an ascending pathway 25 communicated with the descending pathway 24 at their lower ends and allowing the combustion gas to raise between the outer cylinder 14 and the partitioning cylinder 18 to the exhausting section 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
