PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize only a bottle appropriately preheated with hydrogen peroxide. SOLUTION: Temperatures of containers are detected while making the bottles 2 run to eliminate those bottles that do not reach a specified temperature. While those bottles that reach the specified temperature are made to run continuously, condensed mist M of hydrogen peroxide is sprayed toward the opening parts 2a from a spray pipe 3 placed at a definite position, and then gas G of hydrogen peroxide is blown into the bottles from the nozzle while the opening parts are followed by the nozzle 6.
