<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface material with high moistureproof performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A door 6 is equipped with the surface materials 2 and 4, and a core assembly 380 including a core material 440. The surface material 2 is equipped with plate-like members 100 and 200, and a polyolefin-based sheet 300; and a joint 320 is formed on a surface. Notches 120 and 220 are formed in the plate-like members 100 and 200, respectively. The polyolefin-based sheet 300 is bonded onto the whole backsides of the plate-like members 100 and 200. Since a cut of a moistureproof sheet is not formed in a boundary portion 340 between the backsides of the plate-like members 100 and 200, the high moistureproof performance can be accomplished.
