<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the checking for whether a fire extinguisher is housed or not simply and easily. Ž<P>SOLUTION: For this tunnel fire extinguisher apparatus 10, the fire extinguisher is housed in a fire extinguisher storage portion 36 equipped with a freely openable/closable fire extinguisher door 28, and a hose having a nozzle is housed in a cabinet 12. Upon fire extinguishment, the hose having the nozzle is pulled out by opening a hydrant door 16 of the cabinet, and fire extinguishment is performed. On the fire extinguisher door 28, a translucent plate 30 through which the inside can visually be recognized is installed. At an invisible position behind the fire extinguisher, a reflecting member 34 which reflects light entering from the outside through the translucent plate 30 is arranged.
