PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing material mounting device which enables a reinforcing material to be easily and efficiently mounted on the undersurface side of a region above a reinforcing target location of a seismic strengthening object in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This reinforcing material mounting device 1 makes the reinforcing materials 80-82 mounted on the undersurface 71a of the region 71 above the reinforcing target location 70 of the seismic strengthening object. The reinforcing material mounting device 1 includes: a reinforcing material mounting portion 20 which can vertically move between a region 72 below the reinforcing target location 70 and an undersurface 71a of the upper region 71, which has the reinforcing materials 80-82 mounted at a leading end by a mounting means 25, and the upper end of which is arranged in a position lower than upper ends of the reinforcing materials 80-82; and a movement means 10 which is vertically moved between the region 72 below the reinforcing target location 70 and the undersurface 71a of the upper region 71, so as to position the reinforcing materials 80-82, mounted on the reinforcing material mounting portion 20, on the side of the undersurface 71a of the upper region 71.
