摘要 <p>When a trouble occurs on a computer system, the following processing is performed. First, a troubleshooting procedure is referred to. The troubleshooting procedure at least consists of works presented to the operator and requests to the operator to enter the system information, and makes an instruction to the operator to acquire the system information related to the request to the operator to enter the system information from sources of the system information correspond to each request to enter the system information. Then, following the instruction, the system information is collected from the sources of information wherein the system information exists. Then, the troubleshooting procedure with the requests to the operator to enter the system information omitted is presented to the operator. Thus, the operator's burden in troubleshooting can be remarkably reduced and the time required for troubleshooting is shortened, making rapid troubleshooting possible.</p>
