COSMETIC MATERIAL AND COSMETIC METHOD FOR TOUCH-UP

Disclosed is a cosmetic material for touch-up that combines ease of use, such that it can be used as easily as powder by anyone, and a naturally beautiful finish with covering capability similar to foundation. Also disclosed is a cosmetic method using said cosmetic material. The present invention provides a solid powder-form cosmetic material for touch-up that contains a) 10-60% flaky talc with an average particle size (D50) of 15-40 µm, b) 6-12% pigment grade titanium oxide, and c) 6-9% oil component. The present invention also provides a cosmetic method using said cosmetic material. In the cosmetic material, the viscosity of the oil component is preferably 100 cps or less.
