PURPOSE: An agitator structure for a food waste disposal apparatus is provided to agitate the food waste in a fermentation bath evenly by rotating one or more agitating vane which is mounted on a support rod. CONSTITUTION: An agitator structure for a food waste disposal apparatus includes a fermentation bath, an agitating shaft(120), and an agitating vane(130). The top of the fermentation bath is opened. A guide protrusion(111) is protruded from a curved surface on the bottom of the fermentation bath. The agitating shaft is mounted on the fermentation bath. At least one or more support rod is protruded from an outer circumference of the agitating shaft. A guide groove(131) is formed on an inner side of an end of the agitating vane.
