PURPOSE: A blast resistant window is provided to treat outside explosion pressure by inserting a shock absorber between a first shock absorbing bracket and a second shock absorbing bracket. CONSTITUTION: A blast resistant window(100) comprises a blast resistant glass(110), a sealant(120), a glass setting unit(130), an inner frame(140), an outer frame(150), an anchor bolt(160), and a shock absorbing unit(200). The shock absorbing unit comprises a first shock absorbing bracket(210), a shock absorber(240), a second shock absorbing bracket(220), and a supporting screw(230). The first shock absorbing bracket coupled with the inner frame accepts the external explosion pressure firstly. The shock absorber contacted with one side of the first shock absorbing bracket accepts the accepted explosion pressure from the first shock absorbing bracket secondly. The second shock absorbing bracket is coupled with the outer frame in clip form capable of sliding. The second shock absorbing bracket also accepts the accepted explosion pressure from the shock absorber, and moves by absorbing the shock when the explosion pressure generates. The supporting screw fixes the shock absorber on the second shock absorbing bracket, or fixes the shock absorber with the second shock absorbing bracket on a building frame wall. |
