Compounds of Formula (I): (I) ooo phenyl group or a naphthyl group, optionally substituted for one or a plurality of atoms or groups; X is 1 to 4 substituents, identical to or different from each other and selected from halogen, (C1-C10)alkyl, halo(C1-C10)alkyl, (C1-C10)alcoxy, NRaRb, cyano, or nitro, the (C1-C10)alkyl capable of being substituted for halogen or an NRaRb or hydroxyl group; R2 and R3, independently of each other, represent a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C10)alkyl group, this group being optionally substituted for an Rf group; an aryl group, the aryl being optionally substituted for one or a plurality of substituents selected from halogen or a (C1-C10)alkyl, halo(C1-C10)alkyl, (C1-C10)alcoxy, halo(C1-C10)alcoxy, NRaRb, hydroxyl, nitro, or cyano group; R2 and X may form, together with the carbon atoms carrying them, a carbon ring of 5 to 7 carbon atoms; R4 is a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C10)alkyl group optionally substituted for an Rf group, or an aryl group optionally substituted as a base or salt having an acid added. The invention is used in therapy and in synthesis methods.
