<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recording device in which a video recording bit rate is easily set as a user intends. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 21 sets a video recording bit rate of a program to be recorded to an encoder 13 using program information of the program to be recorded, video recording history information including video recorded program information of a video recorded program recorded in a recording medium 16, information indicating the video recording bit rate of the video recording, and information indicating whether dubbing to removable medium 24 is performed, and video rerecording information indicating conditions of dubbing of the video recorded program dubbed from the recording medium 16 to the removable media 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
