<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling fixture for a non-pneumatic tire allowing a ground-contact member to be easily attached in a state where a link mechanism is radially inwardly compressed by a resilient means. <P>SOLUTION: Two link members pivotally connected by one joint are arranged in a width direction W of a rim and the resilient means is retained between base seats provided on the joint to make the link mechanism. A plurality of link mechanisms are arranged along a circumferential direction S and the ground-contact member is attached to make the non-pneumatic tire. At this time, the fixture 100 assembles the resilient means. The fixture 100 is provided with: a first plate-like member 110 having two retaining parts 111 detachable to one base seat 20; a second plate-like member 120 having the two retaining part 121 detachable to the other base seat; and a shaft member 130 for reciprocatably threading the plate-like member 120 while rotatably retaining the plate-like member 110.
