<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharge apparatus capable of uniformly discharging droplets onto a discharge area and capable of manufacturing a panel free from harmful color irregularity and streak irregularity, and a method of manufacturing the panel; and to provide an image display apparatus and electronic equipment provided with the panel free from harmful color irregularity and streak irregularity. <P>SOLUTION: A first head array and a second head array in a head unit 103 of the droplet discharge apparatus are arranged so as to overlap each other without making the positions of nozzle array joints coincident with each other between the first head array and the second head array when viewed from the direction perpendicular to the nozzle array. In each of first, second, third and fourth droplet discharge heads, two nozzle array are formed in parallel so as to be shifted from each other by half a pitch, and the nozzle position in the first head array and the nozzle position in the second head array are arranged so as to be shifted from each other without coinciding with each other when viewed from the direction perpendicular to the nozzle array. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
