<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a contact lens to be placed on an eye ball unnecessary. <P>SOLUTION: The laser device for laser optical eye surgery has a laser light source 10 emitting pulsed femtosecond laser radiation and optical components 12, 14, 16 for guiding and focusing the radiation onto a treatment location on or in an eye, and, as the optical components, a plurality of lenses 18, 20 arranged in succession in the beam path of the radiation. At least one lens 18 among the lenses is arranged adjustable in the direction of a beam path to the other lenses. The adjustable lens is a first divergent lens in a beam expanding optical element 12. An actuating drive 24 is set in the adjustable lens 18 for adjustment of the lenses. A control unit 26 is provided configured to access measurement data concerning topography of a surface of the eye for controlling the actuating drive 24 and to control the actuation drive 24 based on the measured surface topography. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
