PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of eliminating the need of preparing the loin of the same size since the device can make sliced raw fish and seafood for the sushi of the generally same size of the loins with different thicknesses and widths. SOLUTION: In this cutting device for cutting using a plurality of plate-like cutting edge members 11 which are disposed parallel to one another at predetermined intervals, a louver-like work loading section 43 is formed of the laminated aggregation of the opening edge 42 of the through opening 40 of a work holding plate 21.
