<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out hydroelectric power generation by installing a hydroelectric power generator at a water heater and allowing all water supply pipes to pass through the water heater. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of a new building, the hydroelectric power generator is installed in the water heater, and all the water supply pipes are allowed to pass through the water heater. When a faucet is turned to discharge water and hot water, electricity is generated in the hydroelectric power generator of the water heater by the water pressure of a water pipe.
