PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic joining equipment where, when the contact face of the object to be joined is degraded by wear or the sticking of foreign matters, it can be easily exchanged with the new contact face of the object to be joined, and the parallel regulation between the exchanged contact face of the object to be joined and a stage can be easily performed.
