PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding object manufacturing method which can produce a molding object accurately in a short time, a stamper manufacturing method related to the molding object manufacturing method, a master manufacturing apparatus, a stamper manufacturing system, and a stamper manufacturing apparatus. SOLUTION: The master 600 having a first offset surface 602 composed of the same shape as a first optical function surface 652 of a lens array 650 etc., is produced, a first stamper 620 having a first reverse shape surface 622 composed of a reverse shape to the first offset surface 602 etc., are produced, and the lens array 650 is produced by using the first stamper 620 etc. The master 600 is produced by repeating the transfer process in which a master material and a transfer body are contacted with each other to deform the master material, the deformed part of the master material is cured, and the master material and the transfer body are separated from each other at least two times so that the transfer body is contacted with positions different from each other of the master material.
