PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy of a vehicle by efficiently storing cold/heat and releasing cold/heat by using data from a navigation device 20. SOLUTION: An acceleration/deceleration pattern is produced from route data and cool temperature heat of a coolant is stored in a cold heat storage unit 6 during deceleration sections A-F based on the acceleration/deceleration pattern. A storage/release pattern for releasing the cool temeprature heat stored in the cold heat storage unit 6 to the coolant is produced during the acceleration sections a-f and a refrigeration cycle R is controlled based on the storage/release pattern. Thereby, when traveling along the route recommended by the navigation device 20, the energy at deceleration is stored/cooled as thermal energy and energy-saving of the vehicle can be attained by using the stored cold heat for cooling/heating at acceleration. Namely, fuel economy of the vehicle can be improved by efficiently storing cold/heat, in preparation for releasing cold/heat during the acceleration sections a-f, by using the preceding deceleration sections A-F.
