PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warping of wood fittings by reducing a temperature difference between the front and the back corresponding to a temperature difference caused in the front and back surfaces of wood fittings. SOLUTION: A high thermal conduction layer 1 formed of material having a larger coefficient of thermal conductivity than that of wood material forming the wood fitting 100 is provided continuously extending from the front surface of the wood fitting 100 to the back surface. When the wood fitting 100 is a fitting of a flush structure, which is formed by fitting panel base materials 11, 12 to the front and back surfaces with a core base material 10 held between them, the high thermal conduction layer 1 is provided between the core base material 10 and the panel base material 11, 12. Alternatively, the high thermal conduction layer 1 is provided between the panel base materials 11, 12 and decorative material 13 fitted to the surfaces of the panel base materials 11, 12.
