PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap motor and a fan apparatus which are efficient, low-cost, and low-noise. SOLUTION: The stator core of the axial gap motor is formed by winding an amorphous metal ribbon, thereby achieving an efficiency enhancement in the motor, an improvement in productivity by simple structure, and a reduction in cost. Moreover, it is possible to form the stator core by cutting it after winding the amorphous metal ribbon, and an efficiency enhancement in the motor can be achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
