<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens comprising one lens, and constituted to shorten the optical length, have a small tilt angle of an incident light beam on an image surface, cause less troubles in image quality and attain reduction in the manufacture cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The imaging lens is constituted of one biconvex lens whose second surface, at least, is aspherical, and satisfies the conditions: (1) 0.4≤R1/f≤0.17 (R1 is a radius of curvature of a first surface); (2) 0.008≤L/f≤0.17 (L is a distance from a lens top to a diaphragm position); and (3) T/f≤1 (where T is the center thickness of the lens). Furthermore, shape displacement amount ΔZ from the center of the lens within a lens effective diameter of one surface, at least, of the lens is set to be within ±0.05 mm, and AR coating is applied to the one surface.
