<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the suppression of adverse effects caused by too much entering of calcium to cells, and to safely and simply ingest an adequate amount of the calcium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A method for production by which a peptide is combined with calcium magnesium includes: (a) a step of sufficiently washing an eggshell, drying and pulverizing the eggshell, then heating the pulverized eggshell in a high-temperature furnace, subsequently cooling the heated eggshell to normal temperature, then carrying out pulverization, and affording activated calcium; (b) a step of carrying out filtering, washing, drying, and pulverizing, and providing calcium magnesium hydroxide; (c) a step of adding water to the calcium magnesium hydroxide, stirring the resultant mixture, forming a dispersion, adding acetic acid thereto, and affording a calcium magnesium acetate solution at a pH value of 4.4-4.8; and (d) a step of adding water to fresh scales washed with an acid, carrying out heating, adding an enzyme, conducting stirring, then adding active carbon, simultaneously adding the calcium magnesium acetate solution, carrying out heating, and providing a product of the peptide calcium magnesium.
