The turbine has a vertical output shaft (1) held and mounted in a frame (2). The frame includes frame modules (5, 6), an upper bearing plate (3) and a lower bearing plate (4) for upper and lower rotary bearings (16, 17) of the vertical output shaft. The bearing plates are externally connected with the frame modules in a radial manner. The frame modules are arranged outside of a working circuit (15) of wind contact surfaces (27, 28) in a radial manner. Components of the frame modules support wind conducting surfaces (9, 10) for internally guiding wind to the wind contact surfaces in a radial manner.
