PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating rotating actuator outputting at least two kinds of rotational-angle displacements by one output shaft. SOLUTION: A reciprocating and rotating rotor (11) and a cam (21) are link-engaged by using a rotary solenoid (1) for reciprocating rotating output as a driving source. The cam (21) is reciprocated and rotated at a predetermined link ratio, and the reciprocation and rotation are transferred to the outside as a reciprocating torque through a camshaft (20). Two kinds or more of reciprocating torques are output by properly controlling the rotation of the cam in this case. A magnetic coil (30) is arranged as the control means, a movable plate is separated and moved by a magnetic-force operation from the magnetic coil, and a stopper (38) formed on the movable plate is forwarded on the rotational locus of the cam to control the angle of rotation of the cam.
