<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a conventional wind power generation device wherein a rotor is broken because only the rotating shaft or its vicinity of the rotor, namely, only the root or the bearing of the rotor receives wind pressure on the rotor, and a heavy generator is installed at a high place near the rotating shaft. <P>SOLUTION: This wind power generation device can distribute wind pressure on a rotor 2 into a rotating shaft and a circular fixed frame 1 and transmit the power of a circular rotary part via a gear to a generator, while the generator can be installed at the lower part of the device, not at a high place. Thereby, it is hard to destroy and capable of being larger. A wind turbine can be installed on the sea while using a shaft-type anchoring device on the float side for mounting a vertical blade thereon.
