<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the last leaving person among persons qualified to leave a room last recognize that he himself or she herself is the person who leaves the room last. <P>SOLUTION: A method for managing the last leaving from a room includes a step in which information on entering/leaving into/from a building is received from a first management device installed at the entrance/exit of the building and managing entering/leaving into/from the building so as to update stay data of a monitoring table storing stay data indicating whether or not a user stays in the building, work data indicating whether or not the user is on duty, and qualification data indicating the presence or the absence of a qualification as a person to leave a room last; a step in which clock-in/out information is received from a second management device for managing clock-in/out so as to update the work data of the monitoring table; a step of determining whether or not there is one person who is a candidate who leaves a room last and has the qualification as a person to leave a room last in the users, who stay in the building and on duty in the monitoring table; and a step of notifying the candidate who leaves a room last that he or she is the person who leaves a room last by using a contact destination of the candidate who leaves a room last stored in an attribute table, storing the contact destinations of the users when determined that there is one person who is the candidate who leaves a room last. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
