<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable acquisition of qualitative information such as an answer to a question such as "what makes you dissatisfied in that commodity?" because it is difficult to acquire such the information though the information is very important to a clothing store since it can be utilized for development of commodities to be sold. <P>SOLUTION: When data on a commodity ID are acquired from an RFID tag 41 attached to a commodity (clothing item 31) brought into a fitting room 21 through an RFID reader/writer 181 whose wireless communication range is inside the fitting room 21, data on questionnaire information including a question and a plurality of answers to the question are acquired, and are made to be displayed on a display part (LCD 103) inside the fitting room 21.
