<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission structure having a reduced size into a compact form while suppressing an increase in the number of components when dividing a transmission into a plurality of parts. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure of a transmission 13, an upper shift part 55 is connected to a lower shift part 56 via a driving shaft 121 in a relatively turnable manner and the driving shaft 121 is rotatably mounted on the lower shift part 56 and the upper shift part 55. On one of the lower shift part 56 and the upper shift part 55, a cylinder portion 143b is formed through which the driving shaft 121 passes. In the other, an upper opening portion 162a is formed through which the driving shaft 121 passes and which encircles the cylinder portion 143b. A seal member 168 is provided between the cylinder portion 143b and the upper opening portion 162a for turnably connecting the cylinder portion 143b and the upper opening portion 162a to each other.
