CONTROLLER FOR PERMANENT MAGNET TYPE SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily achieve highly efficient operation of PMSM(permanent magnet type synchronous motor) and torque control than that in the prior art, by enabling automatically adjusting a control constant in a current command calculation means to output a desired torque and a desired magnetic flux.

SOLUTION: The current command calculation means 18 to output the desired torque and the desired magnetic flux has: a magnetic flux command calculator 111 for calculating a magnetic flux command value based on a magnetic flux table using a torque command value as an input; and a current command calculator 133 for calculating a current command value from the torque command value and the magnetic flux command value. A means for automatically adjusting a control constant of the current command calculating means 18 has: an integrator 301 for changing a q-axis current adjustment value as a parameter; a d-axis current calculator 302 for calculating a d-axis current adjustment value from the q-axis current adjustment value; a torque calculating means 303 for calculating a torque adjustment value from the d- and q-axis current adjustment values; a magnetic flux calculator 305 for calculating the magnetic flux adjustment value from the d- and q-axis current adjustment values; a calculation completion decision device 304; and a sample and hold circuit 306 for adjusting the output of the magnetic flux table from the torque adjustment value and the magnetic flux adjustment value.
