<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-preventive fingertip protector having excellent cut prevention properties, water-shedding quality, weather resistance and water resistance, and allowing a wearer to freely move her (his) fingers without inhibiting flexible motion of the fingers when worn. <P>SOLUTION: The cut-preventive fingertip protector includes a protector body 1 having a back cover 4 applied to the back side of the hand and three finger-insertion parts 2 which are connected to the back cover 4 and into which three fingers of a forefinger, a middle finger and a ring finger are inserted. At least a part facing to the back of the hand of the finger-insertion parts 2 is formed of a cut-preventive knitted body 3 made of high strength polyethylene fiber. The cut-preventive knitted body 3 is produced by knitting yarns formed by twisting glass fiber 5 and spectora fiber 6 via spectra guard yarns 7 and polyester yarns 8 into a sheet shape, or adding aramid fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
