PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the noise of rollers, to improve the cushioning property, and to improve the abrasion resistance of the rollers and a horizontal rail, during running while securing the electroconductivity of the respective rollers. SOLUTION: The fall preventive safety device 17 is disposed and fixed to a structure, and freely moves in a guide groove 7 of a cylindrical horizontal rail 9 having the guide groove 7 along an opening 5 in the longitudinal direction of its lower surface, and a fall preventive member 29 including a safety harness 27 can be connected thereto. The fall preventive safety device 17 is composed of: a safety device body 19 which moves the opening 5; the plurality of rollers 21 rotatably attached to the upper part of the safety device body 19 to run within the guide groove 7; and a connection part 31 disposed in the lower part of the safety device body 19 so that the fall preventive member 29 can be connected thereto.
