<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polyacetal resin sheet having high rigidity and showing excellence in surface appearance and thickness uniformity. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a polyacetal resin sheet by a sleeve touch method, a temperature (T1) of a shaping roller, a temperature (T2) of a shaping drum and a length (A1) of an air gap satisfy the following formulas (1) respectively, 80°C≤T1≤crystallization initiation temperature, (2) 70°C≤T2≤(crystallization initiation temperature) and (3) A1≤(a diameter of the shaping roller)/2+15 cm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
