PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular impact absorber and a vehicular bumper device capable of reducing a deformation quantity, by further efficiently absorbing impact energy, by reducing load amplitude when bellows are deformed. SOLUTION: A crash box 13 has a specific cross-sectional shape, and radius of curvatures Ra1 and Rb1 of a part for connecting ribs 22 and 23 with a body part 21 in first hollow parts C1 and C2, are respectively set larger than the radius of curvatures Ra2 and Rb2 of the part for connecting the 22 and 23 with the body part 21 in second hollow parts C3 and C4, and a radius of curvature Rc1 of a part intersecting with both ribs 22 and 23 in the first hollow parts C1 and C2, is set larger than a radius of curvature Rc2 of the part intersecting with both ribs 22 and 23 in the second hollow parts C3 and C4.
