PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a method of adjusting electric characteristics of the semiconductor device, capable of appropriately adjusting electric characteristics for every circuit in the semiconductor device on which a plurality of mutually independent circuits are mounted. SOLUTION: The semiconductor 60 has a first circuit 10 and a second circuit 20 which are independent of each other, the first circuit 10 having electric characteristics adjusted before packaging and the second circuit 20 having electric characteristics adjusted after packaging. The circuit 10 has a laser fuse 30 whose resistance value is adjusted by laser disconnection.
