PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss of the bearing torque by controlling the drawing of a lubricating oil into a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing 10 is equipped with an outer race 11, an inner race 12, balls 17 and a retainer 14. The retainer 14 is a crown type having a main part 19 and a pillar part 20, which forms the pocket 21 accommodating the balls 17 between pillar parts 20.
