<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide easily offset amount between a storage element and a reproduction element even if it is DTM. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A DTM 3A including tracks 33 and guard bands magnetically separating the adjacent tracks 33, which are arranged alternately in a concentrically. An offset amount measuring region 35 used for measuring offset amount between the storage element and the reproduction element of the magnetic head part is arranged at a partial region of the DTM 3A. When the offset amount is measured, a traverse track 36 for writing and reproducing offset-measured data X is arranged on the offset amount measuring region 35 so as to traverse the adjacent tracks 33 in the offset amount measuring region 35 so that writing of the offset-measured data X is allowed at the center position of the storage element.
