PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fumigant for soil and the like which, in spite of its excellent antibacterial and pesticidal ability, does not damage the human body and the environment, can secure the safety in controlling operation, does not adversely affect the surrounding environment, and has good handling properties.
