PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing bag capable of effectively suppressing deformation of an installation part and holding a stable standing condition even when the inner pressure of a bag body in which a content is sealed is increased by the influence of temperature. SOLUTION: In the self-standing bag 10, the bag body 11 having a spout forming part 15 and a filling opening part 13 is molded by a mold, and after the content is filled and stored from the filling opening part 13, the filling opening part 13 is fusion-sealed to seal the content. A bottom part 12 of the bag body 11 is equipped with a contracting region 17 and the filling opening part 13 on the tip side of an annular boundary part 16 of a barrel part 14. After the content is filled and stored and the filling opening part 13 is fusion-sealed, the contracting region 17 is turned reversely by turning back at the annular boundary part 16, and it is pushed into the inside of the barrel part 14 to form a recessed part on the bottom part, and thereby, a mount leg part 18 for self-standing the bag body 11 is formed by the annular boundary part 16. At a pair of side parts 19 and 19 opposing by mounting the contracting region 17 of the placing leg part 18 between them, the bottom part 12 and the barrel part 14 are continuously provided under a condition that they are bent by an acute angle.
