A pharmaceutical preparation for treatment and prevention of organ manifestations in autoimmune diseases is disclosed, which can be produced by using fraction II/III and/or III of a Cohn-Oncley fractionation from human donor serum. Said preparation is also applicable as a combination with at least one anti-inflammatory agent, at least one immunosuppressive agent and/or at least one cytostatic agent for simultaneous and/or serial application. |
